Leading Ladies: A Virtual Family Program | March 6

It’s Women’s History Month! Learn about famous Missouri women at Leading Ladies: A Virtual Family Program hosted by the Missouri Historical Society. Come learn about the women featured in the Beyond the Ballot exhibit, as well as other famous Missouri women. Enjoy virtual family-friendly activities, led by our educators, to kick off Women’s History Month.

Virtual Art in Bloom | Through March 31

Spring has sprung! The Saint Louis Art Museum is hosting their annual celebration of art and flowers, but this year it’s virtual. Virtual Art in Bloom will include a guided-looking experience featuring a floral work in the collection, nature-inspired programs for children, a floral arranging demonstration with local florists, and a behind-the-scenes tour of an urban flower farm in St. Louis.

It’s Eclectic | March 3 – May 1

Head to Green Door Art Gallery for the multimedia and multi-style art exhibit, It’s Eclectic. The exhibit features Pysanky by Katherine Alexander, acrylic portraits by Danny Bess, acrylic mandala paintings by Lynn Carter, wooden sculpture, benches and frames by Mindy Cooke, and abstract acrylic and mixed media paintings by Cara Harjes.

Van McElwee: Time Fork | Through May 9

Laumeier Sculpture Park is proud to present Van McElwee: Time Fork. McElwee, a local media artist, will create an Augmented Reality environment contemplating choices and possibilities, each choice crafting a new world. Created from a topographical drone mapping of Laumeier, imagined structures will be placed virtually within the landscape at Laumeier.

Opulence in the Grand Hall | Through March 31

Travel back to the 1920s by attending Opulence in the Grand Hall at St. Louis Union Station. This experience will provide what life was like for crowds like flappers, gangsters, lawmakers, and more. The bar will open daily from 4:00-11:00 pm and features 1920’s inspired decor and a menu of cocktails. Food is served on Fridays and Saturdays.
